We are proud natives of Hoi An, spanning four generations and sharing a deep love for our hometown, its people, and the rich traditions of our local cuisine. Throughout Vietnamese culture, it is the grandmothers and mothers who show their love for the family through the art of cooking, passing on precious culinary knowledge from generation to generation. Drawing from this legacy, we are dedicated to sharing the delights of Vietnamese cuisine, and in particular, the exquisite specialties of Hoi An. At Cua Dai Central Restaurant & Cooking Class, we warmly welcome customers from near and far, sharing with them the true essence of our passion.
Before our restaurant was next to Cua Dai Central beach for years, one of the most beautiful beach in Asia. At present, for serving more and more customers in Hoi An and closed to our home in the center, we moved the location from Cua Dai Beach to current location (10/2 Bach Dang street, Hoi An).

Our menu
Our menu comprised many different choices of local dishes. Our chefs have lots of experience in cooking Vietnamese Food and learned from our Grandmother and Mother’s culinary experience. Not only carefully choosing fresh ingredients from Market, Eco Farmer and Fishing Village to make sure that meals are fresh, tasty and good quality but also we always have an existent special ingredient at our restaurant which all of our dishes are added in . What is it ? It’s a love, a love transferring from our Grandma & Mother generations, a love to cook for our beloved family and friends as our Vietnamese Culture. Join our cooking class to indulge in an authentic culinary experience and explore the secrets of Vietnamese cuisine.
The highlight of this program is undoubtedly the trip to Tra Que Vegetable Village, a traditional Hoi An village where you can discover a vast array of organic vegetables cultivated by locals using chemical-free methods. Immerse yourself in the vibrant colors and fragrant aromas of this lush garden as you learn about the techniques behind traditional Vietnamese agriculture.
Our market tour is another highlight, where you’ll get to engage with friendly local vendors, haggle over prices and pick up expert tips on selecting fresh, high-quality ingredients. Our knowledgeable guide will be on hand to help you navigate the hustle and bustle of the market and ensure you get the best deals.
The second and also most favorite cooking class is Know-how Program. You have two choices: Cooking delicious “Cơm gà Hội An”(Hoian style chicken rice) or “Phở gà lá chanh” (Vietnamese chicken noodle soup).
